DEATH OF A DOCTOR....
Recently myself happened to watch this particular movie named " DEATH OF A DOCTOR". This movie was released back in 1990 directed by TAPAN SINHA.
The movie is about a doctor named Dipankar roy working in a goverment hospital, discovers a vaccine for leprosy after painstaking reserach for about 10 years. Once news breaks into the media, instantly he receives international recognition. Then professional jealousy & red tapism creeps in. This humiliates him & his accomplishments. During the course of his reserach his marriage & personal life severly affects. but his wife manages to give the moral support requied for the scientist all the way..
In the lead role Pankaj kapur acted very well.. shabana azmi as his wife acted brilliantly. overall it's a very good movie.
